Depending on your package and needs, we typically recommend full service weddings book 10-18 months in advance, partial planning weddings book 8-12 months out, and day of coordination book 6-12 months out. On a tighter schedule? No worries! Be sure to drop us a line to discuss your big day.

How far in advance should we book a coordinator or planner?

You betcha! In fact, most of our clients have customized packages because every event is unique! If necessary, after our initial consultation, we will customize a package to best suit your needs for your big day! 

Do you offer custom packages?

Sa-weet! We love working with venue coordinators; however, a venue coordinator’s first priority is just that: the venue. Our priority is 100% you, 100% of the time! We will also be well-rehearsed in your details, logistics, and vision in order to execute your best day ever seamlessly.

What if my venue has an on-site venue coordinator?

Since we are a boutique wedding planning company, we take on a limited number of weddings per year to ensure that we have enough time to dedicate to our clients - both full service and day of. 

How many weddings do you take per year?

The typical budget for our clients ranges between $25,000 - $60,000. We typically find budgets below this threshold are not the best fit for us.

What is the average budget you work with?

No, we cannot. We have wonderful relationships with many vendors in the Indianapolis area, and we respect their pricing for their services; however, we will know which vendors may realistically fit within your budget + vision.
